Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing.
The “Pedibus” and “Pedalbus” brands and services are owned and operated by Party Bike Ltd.
These terms and conditions are applicable to the purchase and use of all gift vouchers issued by Party Bike Ltd, and are applicable to any third parties who the vouchers are given to.
Party Bike Ltd reserves the right to alter and change these terms and conditions.
Validity & Redeeming
Pedibus gift vouchers are valid for at least 12 months from the date of issue. If you wish to redeem a gift voucher after this date, the please contact us to verify validity.
All bookings must be made in advance and are accepted subject to availability as well as our booking terms and conditions (available at pedibus.co.uk/terms-and-conditions).
Pedibus gift vouchers are valid only for our London Tours as advertised through our website; and are not redeemable for commercial or promotional event hire.
Pedibus gift vouchers can not be used as a deposit to secure and confirm a booking; in all cases, this must be made with a valid debit or credit card.
Pedibus gift vouchers are valid for payment for the amount of places stated on the card, and multiple vouchers may be used to settle the balance.
Pedibus gift vouchers must be surrendered to a Pedibus staff member at the point of redemption.
Pedibus gift vouchers which have been reported lost, stolen or damaged will be voided and can not be accepted (see below for detailed terms).
Purchasing & Dispatching
Party Bike Ltd will dispatch gift vouchers within a reasonable amount of time from the date of purchase. This will usually be by the end of the next working day.
Party Bike Ltd will dispatch the vouchers using Royal Mail Tracked 1st Class delivery to ensure proof of delivery; and this will require a signature upon delivery. Party Bike Ltd will consider it’s delivery obligation fulfilled once the vouchers are delivered to your address, or an attempt has been made by Royal Mail to deliver the vouchers.
If the vouchers cannot be delivered, you will be notified by Royal Mail; and you can either arrange redelivery directly, or collect from your local Royal Mail delivery office (you will be advised this by Royal Mail). Royal Mail will hold onto this item for 18 days before returning the vouchers to us.
If vouchers are returned to Party Bike Ltd as undeliverable, then Party Bike Ltd will contact you either to redeliver, or to cancel the order. If you opt at this point to cancel the order, than Party Bike Ltd will refund the voucher purchase cost, but will not be liable to refund the cost of delivery.
Please allow up to 7 working days for vouchers to arrive. In the unlikely event of a delay in receiving the vouchers, please notify us, and we will investigate with Royal Mail. In the unlikely event that vouchers have been lost in the post or delivered to the wrong address, Party Bike Ltd will cancel the validity of the affected vouchers, and contact you to either offer a reissue at no additional cost to yourself, or a full refund. If you opt for a full refund, then please allow 3-5 days for any refund to appear (this time may depend on your own card issuer).
Lost, stolen or damaged vouchers
Party Bike Ltd can not accept any responsibility for lost, damaged or stolen vouchers after they have been successfully delivered (as above). Party Bike Ltd may at its discretion be able to replace lost, stolen or damaged vouchers; and Party Bike Ltd advises that you keep the reference numbers printed on the voucher in a safe place. You will be required to provide the reference number on the affected vouchers, and this will enable Party Bike Ltd to void the validity of the affected vouchers, and to dispatch replacements. In this instance, you will also be required to pay for the delivery cost of replacing the voided vouchers.
You have a statutory right to change your mind after purchasing gift vouchers and to cancel your order within 14 days from placing your order. You will need to email us at: email@example.com within this 14 day period to notify us of the cancellation of your order.
If vouchers have not yet been dispatched, we can immediately cancel the order and refund all costs (including postage) as soon as possible. You should allow 3-5 days for any refund to appear, and this time may depend on your own card issuer.
If vouchers have been dispatched, we will process a refund of the voucher costs as well as the costs of our standard dispatch service to you upon our receipt of the unwanted vouchers. You should allow 3-5 days after this point for any refund to appear, and this time may depend on your own card issuer. We’ll notify of you of the return address when replying to your cancellation. Party Bike Ltd cannot be liable for any postage costs of returning the vouchers, but advises that you use a tracked delivery service to return unwanted vouchers to ensure delivery.
