How to book
Choosing a time
Tours last around 70-80 minutes, including a pub stop. Tours start every 90 minutes, between 12:00 – 19:30 on weekdays, and between 11:00 – 18:30 on weekends.
Booking your event
Before paying the deposit to secure your booking, we can hold a time and date whilst you check the arrangements with the rest of your party. We’ll let you know how long we can hold the booking for, but 7 days is our normal policy.
Choosing a route
All the routes are the same time and distance. The routes take in different neighbourhoods, and some routes have more hills than others… Please see the Routes page for more info.

How many Pedibuses
Group bookings from 5-72 people. Each Pedibus holds up to 12 people, with 8 seated and 4 standing (excluding staff). If you are not sure how many people will turn up, book for the number invited and then notify us as soon as you can as to how many have confirmed. All tours require a minimum of 5 people to power the bus!
How to pay
To secure any booking, we require a £50 security deposit per Pedibus booked. This will be advanced payment for 2 places. The remaining balance can be paid by cash or card on the day of your event when you meet the Pedibus. Different payment terms will apply for Branded Events.
Price
London routes are £25 per person, for any group size. You only pay for those who board the Pedibus on the day.

Weather
In the event of rain or predicted rain the Pedibuses will have canopies, as seen on the home page.
Collection and drop off points
The Pedibuses can collect and drop off at the locations sited on London Routes. However we can sometimes organise special collections in and around the route area on weekdays only before 16:30. Extra charges will apply.

After You have booked
Bringing Music
Any handheld music playing device with a port for head phones will be compatible with our sound system. For devices without a headphone jack, please bring along the appropriate adapter!
Bringing drinks on Board
Bring beer, wine, cider or alcopops on board. Shop-bought cans of spirit-and-mixer are also fine. No neat spirits please, nor suspicious home-made mixtures! 2-3 drinks per person for the duration of the tour. Glasses and openers are provided. We let anyone board who is drunk, as a matter of safety!

Groups of 5 -12 people – book one Pedibus.
Groups of 13-24 people – book 2 Pedibuses.
Groups of 25-36 people – book 3 Pedibuses.
The £50 deposit secures your Pedibus, and pays for 2 people up-front. The remaining balance is due on the day of your tour, based on how many people actually show up to ride. So, it’s always £25 per person!
